Criminal Record Certificate Translation

When criminal record certificate translation is required

Criminal record or no-criminal-record certificate translation is required for visas, residence permits, citizenship, employment, licensing, education and other formal procedures.

The translation must accurately reflect the holder’s details, issuing authority, document number, date, result wording and relevant official notes.

What to check before translation

If the certificate is electronic, check which format the receiving authority accepts. QR codes, electronic signatures and official notes may matter.

Tell us where the document will be submitted. This helps determine whether standard translation, notarization, apostille or another formal step is required.

Source document quality

For use abroad, apostille is a common issue. Check whether it is required and whether it must be placed before translation; the wrong sequence can cause rework.

For a quote, you can send a scan or photo. All document edges should be visible and fine print, stamps and handwritten notes should be readable.

• complete document with visible edges
• all pages and reverse sides with notes
• established spelling of names if available
• target language and destination country
• deadline and certification type

Price and timing

Price depends on language, volume, formatting complexity and certification. The final amount is confirmed before work begins. Urgent orders are assessed against the required deadline.

If the document forms part of a larger package, sending the full set helps us keep terminology and personal data consistent.

Receiving the translation

The completed translation can be collected at the LEVEL office in Odintsovo. Electronic copies and delivery are available for suitable orders by agreement.

If apostille or other legalization is also required, the sequence should be checked before starting to avoid unnecessary rework.
