Documents suitable for urgent translation
Urgent requests most often involve short and medium-sized documents needed for authorities, banks, consulates, universities, employers or notaries. The deadline depends not only on page count but also on language, readability, tables, stamps and specialist terminology.
If notarization, apostille or another formal step is required, we include the processing time for each stage so the confirmed deadline refers to the final set of documents, not just the translated text.
- passports and identity documents
- civil status certificates and statements
- diplomas, transcripts and school certificates
- powers of attorney and legal documents
- banking and corporate documents
- medical reports and extracts
How to speed up the order
Send clear images of every required page and state where the document will be submitted. If an established spelling of your name already exists, attach the relevant passport or previous official translation.
For larger files, staged delivery may be possible. When timing is critical, the manager can explain the practical options: translation only, translation with notarization, or an electronic version followed by the original.
- clear scans or photos
- all pages required for translation
- target language
- purpose and receiving authority
- required deadline
- certification type if known
Timing and pricing
There is no single urgency surcharge that fits every document. A standard passport can be assessed quickly, while a contract, medical report or technical document requires additional terminology checks.
You receive the confirmed price and deadline before work begins. Standard prices for common documents are available on the Prices page.
Notarization and delivery
Where notarization is required, the translation is prepared in a format suitable for formal certification. Same-day notarization depends on the time of request and availability.
Completed orders can be collected at the LEVEL office in Odintsovo. Electronic copies and delivery are available for selected orders by agreement.
Why document review comes first
The phrase “one page” can describe very different workloads: a page may contain a dense table, fine print, handwritten notes or several seals. Reviewing the actual document avoids unexpected charges and makes the promised deadline reliable.
